I’ve been having trouble sticking to my regular business hours, due to a combination of medical issues and not having staff to help manage things while I need to take rest. I understand how disappointing it is for customers to come to the shop only to find it closed when there is every indication that it should be open. I am not sure how to manage this, other than updating the business hours on Google. I plan to make updates to my regular business hours in the near future.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience this creates for anyone, and deeply appreciate the patience customers have shown during this time.

This is due to a combination of medical issues that I’ve been dealing with and not having staff who can open the shop while I have needed to rest and recuperate. I understand how disappointing it is for customers to come to the shop only to find it closed when there is every indication that it should be open. I am not sure how to manage this, other than updating the business hours on Google.

I’m changing my hours effective this weekend, moving to slightly shorter hours for the winter in hopes that this change will allow me to get things back on track with the bike (and the body) repairs. Thank you for your support.

Mon/Thu/Fri: 1-6pm | Sat/Sun: 1-5pm | Tue/Wed: Closed

Hello everyone. Just a quick note to say that I will be closed Monday August 4th, and won’t be booking in new repairs over the long weekend, so I can focus on work that’s already in the shop. Will be around for pickups, though. Please text or email first before dropping by. Thanks!

Hello everyone. Just a heads up that Crank Culture’s business hours are changing for Fall/Winter. Starting November 1st, the shop will be open Thursday thru Monday from 2-7pm, closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Hi everyone! We’re making a minor change to our hours of operation – just switching out the day that we’re closed. Starting July 25th, shop business hours will be:

Sun/Mon: 2-6pm | Tue: Closed | Wed/Thu: 2-6pm | Fri/Sat: 1-9pm

Hello everyone. Due to a combination of staffing shortage and parts availability, there is currently a backlog of repairs that must be completed before new repairs can be brought in. That said…

The shop will not be booking in new repairs from Saturday June 26th thru Saturday July 3rd.

I’m hoping to be caught up and ready to accept new repairs as of Sunday, July 4th.  If you absolutely require a new repair to be completed during this period, it will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at an expedited service shop rate.

I’m very sorry for any inconvenience this may create.
